Spot

This is a sake brand. The “Koyumi” part of its name comes from the fact that the area is called “Koyumi-no-sho”. The Koyumi Tsuru Shuzo brewery was founded in 1848. It received authorization from the office of the magistrate in Owari Domain and then began brewing sake. Part of the brewery was destroyed by a fire in 2006. A local beer brewery has now been established as an annex next to the sake brewery.
