Comment: This is Inuyama’s most famous weeping cherry tree. It stands in front of the main hall of Enmyou-ji Temple, which is situated in the Inuyama castle town. The appearance of pale pink blossoms against the beautiful, gracefully aged, nearly black trunk is a fascinating sight that enthralls those who see it. (The blossoms can be seen in spring.)
